We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, number of guests, and any dietary or accessibility requirements you share with us when making a booking, subscribing to our newsletter, or contacting us.
• Payment information: when you pay for a tour, your payment is processed directly by Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your full card, UPI, or net banking credentials on our servers. Digital products are paid for through the payment provider shown at checkout, which collects your payment and billing details directly; see Section 4.
• Usage information: automatically collected data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring website, gathered through cookies, browser storage, and the analytics and advertising tools described in Section 3.
• Communications:records of correspondence if you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or through the Site's contact forms.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and confirm your tour bookings and payments;
• Deliver digital products you have bought and provide support for them;
• Send booking confirmations, itinerary details, and reminders by email or WhatsApp;
• Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
• Improve our Site, tours, and overall guest experience;
• Send marketing communications and special offers, where you have opted in, and which you may unsubscribe from at any time;
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations; and
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to understand how visitors use our pages. We use Google Analytics 4 for this, and may also use Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity to measure our marketing and improve the Site. These tools may set their own cookies, subject to their respective privacy policies.

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. Until you accept, Google Analytics and Google Ads run in a restricted mode that does not store analytics or advertising cookies, and Meta Pixel is not given consent to track. Declining does not affect your ability to book a tour or make a purchase.

We also store a small amount of information in your browser's own storage rather than in cookies: your cookie choice; how you first and most recently arrived at the Site (for example the referring website, campaign tags, advertising click identifiers, and the first page you opened); and, for the current visit only, whether you came from one of our blog articles and whether you have already been shown a promotional pop-up. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings, which will also make the cookie banner appear again.

You can also control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Site, including the booking process.

All online payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. When you make a payment, you are subject to Razorpay's own privacy policy and terms of service in addition to this Policy. We only receive confirmation of payment status and a transaction reference — never your full card or bank details.

Payments for digital products are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, which may act as a reseller or merchant of record. That provider collects your payment details, billing country, and any tax information directly under its own privacy policy. We receive the details needed to deliver your purchase and provide support, such as your name, email address, country, the product bought, the amount paid, and an order reference.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers who help us operate our business, such as Razorpay (tour payments), the payment provider shown at checkout for digital products, Vercel (website hosting), Resend (transactional email), and the WhatsApp Business API (booking confirmations);
• Analytics and advertising providers listed in Section 3, in aggregated or pseudonymized form where possible;
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law; and
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same privacy commitments described here.

We retain booking and communication records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining accounting and tax records as required under Indian law. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 12 below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures — including HTTPS encryption, secure hosting, and access controls — to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Site and tours are intended for use by adults booking on behalf of themselves, their families, or groups. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Many of our guests and customers are outside India. Our business operates from India, and the service providers listed in Section 5 may process information in other countries, including the United States. By providing your information to us, you understand that it may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those of your home country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this Policy was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
