• Payment information: when you pay for a tour, your payment is processed directly by Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your full card, UPI, or net banking credentials on our servers.
• Usage information: automatically collected data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring website, gathered through cookies and analytics tools including Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity.
• Communications:records of correspondence if you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or through the Site's contact forms.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and confirm your tour bookings and payments;
• Send booking confirmations, itinerary details, and reminders by email or WhatsApp;
• Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
• Improve our Site, tours, and overall guest experience;
• Send marketing communications and special offers, where you have opted in, and which you may unsubscribe from at any time;
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations; and

All online payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We only receive confirmation of payment status and a transaction reference — never your full card or bank details.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers who help us operate our business, such as Razorpay (payments), Resend (transactional email), and the WhatsApp Business API (booking confirmations);
• Analytics and advertising providers listed in Section 3, in aggregated or pseudonymized form where possible;
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law; and
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same privacy commitments described here.

We retain booking and communication records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining accounting and tax records as required under Indian law. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 10 below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Our Site and tours are intended for use by adults booking on behalf of themselves, their families, or groups. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Many of our guests book from outside India. By providing your information to us, you consent to it being transferred to and processed in India, where our servers and business operations are based, and which may have data protection laws different from those of your home country.
