Old Delhi Food Tours is a walking tour operator based in Old Delhi, India, offering guided street food and cultural experiences through the historic lanes of Old Delhi. All Tours are led by local guides with direct knowledge of the vendors, history, and routes featured on the walk.

A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your booking reference. It is your responsibility to check that the date, time slot, and number of guests on your confirmation are correct and to notify us immediately of any discrepancy.

Tour availability, pricing, and time slots are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid for.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay via UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the Site and to decline or cancel a booking made at an incorrect price, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By joining a Tour, you agree to:

• Arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time;
• Follow the reasonable instructions of your guide for safety and group coordination;
• Behave respectfully towards your guide, fellow guests, vendors, and local residents;
• Inform your guide in advance of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or dietary restrictions relevant to the walk; and
• Take responsibility for your personal belongings and safety throughout the Tour.

We reserve the right to remove any guest from a Tour, without refund, whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or abusive towards the guide, other guests, or local vendors.

Our Tours involve tasting street food prepared by third-party vendors. While we personally vet every vendor on our route for hygiene and food-handling standards, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens, spice levels, or individual reactions to food consumed during the Tour. It is your responsibility to inform your guide of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions before the Tour begins, and to exercise your own judgment when trying unfamiliar food.

Old Delhi Food Tours is not liable for any illness, allergic reaction, or adverse health outcome arising from food or beverages consumed during a Tour, except where caused by our own gross negligence.

Walking tours take place in crowded public streets and markets with uneven surfaces, traffic, and unpredictable conditions typical of a historic city center. By joining a Tour, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to exercise reasonable personal care and caution throughout.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Old Delhi Food Tours, its guides, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Our guides may take photographs or videos during Tours for use in our marketing materials, website, and social media channels, including guest testimonials and gallery content. By joining a Tour, you consent to being photographed or filmed in this context. If you would prefer not to appear in any published photos or videos, please let your guide know before the Tour begins, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Old Delhi Food Tours name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including payment processors and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and your use of such sites is subject to their own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or a Tour booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect once posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site or booking of a Tour after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
